Herb & Soul is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been accepted by the postal carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.


If an issue occurs during transit, we’ll do our best to assist you in tracking or filing a claim, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

Additionally, all Herb & Soul products are for educational and wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any herbal regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

Shipping & Local Pick Up Policy

At Herb & Soul, each order is handcrafted and packaged with care. Please allow 7  business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Shipping times vary depending on location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Local pickup is also available 7 days after your order is placed. We will hold your order up to 7 days after pick up notification.
 

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your order appears lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at herbandsoulapothecary@gmail.com so we can work with you to find the best solution.
